Statement Fees

The following will be the billing policy as of May 2023. The current interest charge will remain. This will be posted on our website as well as in the newsletters.  The current assessment amount for October 2023 - September 2024 is $217.85 in October and April for a total of $435.70 annually.

1. September - Bill 1st Assessment, no fee

2. October - 1st Assessment due, no fee

3. November - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

4. December - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

5. January - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

6. February - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

7. March - Bill 2nd Assessment, no fee

8. April - 2nd Assessment due, no fee

9. May - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

10. June - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

11. July - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

12. August - Late fee of $15 assessed for non payment

Collection letters go out once a resident owes two payments. After three collection letters, the account is turned over to the HOA attorney.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

The Architectural Control Committee is run through a neighborhood volunteer committee, this committee is headed up by Sriram Madabhushi and Leeann Stawasz.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ROOFS BEING REPLACED NEED TO BE
APPROVED IF THEY ARE CHANGING COLOR OR MATERIAL

According to the covenants of Hidden Forest, residents are required to complete the attached request form before changing the "footprint" of their home. Replacing an existing structure with like materials does not require prior approval. Click here for the Architectural Control Request Form.
