Hidden Forest is an established neighborhood of 691 homes located off of 281S and Bitters road. Tucked in the middle of the neighborhood is Hidden Forest Elementary, a top ranked school. The HOA is mandatory and comes with tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball court, picnic area, rec room, and a beautiful swimming pool with baby area and lots of shade. We also have a private security company that patrols the neighborhood.
The neighborhood has a strong sense of community and is known for their 4th of July celebration as well as a Fall Festival, Easter Egg Hunt, Visit with Santa and family movie nights.
The HOA dues are paid twice a year on October 1 and April 1. Our Fiscal Year starts October of each year.
