The Hidden Forest Homeowners Association has fantastic amenities for their residents use. Please remember that to use the facilities, you must be in good standing with your assessments and when bringing guests, you must accompany them at all times.
Pool can be rented during pool hours for small parties. This includes up to 25 swimmers and a total of 50 guests. Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance to ensure proper lifeguards. The parties are in 3 hour blocks. There is NO ALCOHOL allowed on property.
The rec room can be rented on it’s own or in addition to a pool party. The room has 40 chairs, 6 tables, a microwave, sink, and refrigerator. There is also a restroom in the room. The rec room can be rented for up to three hours for $80. There is also a $100 deposit required. There is NO ALCOHOL allowed on property.
The Tennis/Pickleball courts can be used by residents and their guests. There are sign up sheets in the entry way of the courts and can be reserved up to one day in advance. The courts are closed at 11:00 pm. Volleyball is available on a first come, first served basis.
The picnic area is a beautiful place for a party or gathering. It is also used on a “first come, first served” basis. If bringing pets, we ask that you please clean up after them.
Keys are required for the Courts and Picnic area. Keys are provided to each new resident with the cost of your HOA fees. If you need a replacement key, it can be purchased from the office for a fee of $10.
