The Architectural Control Committee is run through a neighborhood volunteer committee, this committee is headed up by Sriram Madabhushi and Luke Reed.

APPROVED IF THEY ARE CHANGING COLOR OR MATERIAL
The city of San Antonio requires a permit for fence changes on your property.
According to the covenants of Hidden Forest, residents are required to complete the attached request form before changing the “footprint” of their home. Replacing an existing structure with like materials does not require prior approval. Click here for the Architectural Control Request Form.
