The 2025-2026 Assessment amount is $240.18 billed Oct 1 and April 1 for a total of $480.35 for the year. (This is a 5% increase from the 24-25 assessment amount of $457.48.)

Collection letters go out once a resident owes two payments. After three collection letters, the account is turned over to the HOA attorney.
